2022
MM Weaver and Binkley & Hurst merge to form Agriteer
Binkley & Hurst merged the Dayton, VA and Harrisonburg rental/landscaping equipment locations to a new facility on route 11 just north of the Rockingham County Fairgrounds.
MM Weaver purchased the assets of B Equip Inc. in Waynesboro, PA, expanding our customer base in Franklin County and the surrounding areas.
Binkley & Hurst acquired the assets of Molly’s Tractor in Kennedyville, MD. The location featured the full AGCO line as well as lawn and garden equipment. The Kennedyville location later moved to Cecilton, MD in 2022.
Binkley & Hurst planted a location on Route 13 in Seaford, DE to better serve AGCO’s application equipment. This was the year that the Harrisonburg rental and landscaping equipment location was opened on route 11 in Harrisonburg, VA.
Binkley & Hurst brought WEB Enterprises of Dayton, VA into the family in January of 2011
MM Weaver constructed an addition for new sales offices and additional parts storage space.
Binkley & Hurst purchased the assets of Lebanon Valley Implement Company, a neighboring dealer from Lebanon County, PA.
Senior managers of Binkley & Hurst Bros. Inc. formed Binkley & Hurst, LP and purchased the business assets from Amos and Leonard Hurst.
MM Weaver signed the contract to sell Fendt tractors.
MM Weaver signed the contract to sell CLAAS hay equipment and forage harvesters.
Leonard and Amos Hurst Jr, employees of David Binkley invested in the business and the company name to form Binkley & Hurst Brothers, Inc.
Walter Binkley began a feed and fertilizer store as well as a fledgling tractor dealership in Rothsville, Lancaster County, PA. This would later become the headquarters for Binkley & Hurst.
MM Weaver and Sons signed the contract to sell Massey Harris farm equipment.
Martin M. Weaver started a farm equipment business in the old Groff’s Run Mill, in Leola, PA fixing and selling used farm machinery. This would later become the headquarters for MM Weaver and Sons.
