Agriteer is looking for an individual to fill a Full-Time position that would encompass setting up new planters, rebuilding or repairing used planters and completing “up-time” service as requested.
Position Responsibilities:
- Set-up and repair equipment both in the shop and at the customer location in a timely & accurate manner
- Project a professional and courteous attitude
- Willingness to work overtime when needed, including Saturdays
- Ability to flex to quick changes in scheduling
- Good knowledge of mechanical basics
- Adequate tool inventory
- Have a current, valid driver’s license and DOT Medical Card
- Able to lift at least 80 lbs.

Agriteer Waynesboro is looking to add an additional Sales Associate to their Team. This position would be best suited for a Customer-oriented individual who would thrive serving in a whole goods equipment sales (new or used) environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Cultivating new business relationships while strengthening relationships with existing Customers.
- Promoting new and used equipment business to achieve optimal revenue.
- Pursuing appropriate, continual training on all products represented by Agriteer.
- Coaching purchasers through complete sales process from initial contact to final close.
- Timely completion of all paperwork required in the closing of a sale.

Parts Team Leader - Harrisonburg

Agriteer is looking for an individual who would thrive in developing and leading the Harrisonburg Parts Team
On-Going Goals:
- Work cooperatively with the Parts Departments throughout Agriteer to establish “best practice” operating procedures.
- Pursue appropriate, continual training on all products represented by Agriteer, LLC.
Responsibilities:
- Serve parts Customers (walk-in, phone, and internet).
- Ensure that the parts department and show room are clean, well-organized, and inviting to Customers.
- Ensure that the phones are answered in a timely, courteous and professional manner.
- Participate with the HR Team for hiring, training, developing, and retaining Team Members, including the completion of Performance Reviews
- Deliver parts to Customers as needed.
- Pull, package and ship Customer orders and transfers as needed.
- Represent and advocate for the Parts department in Location Leadership Team meetings.
- Collaborate as needed with the Marketing Team in the planning of promotional events and advertising with regard to special parts department incentives.
- Inventory management in cooperation/conjunction with the Location Leader, all locations, and their respective Team Leaders.
- Review financial reports for the Parts Department giving account of intended adjustments, if needed, to Location Leadership.
- Any other task assigned by Location Leader.
Special considerations:
